It is set in a very fine nine-carat slightly rose gold setting and set in the centre with a cabochon cut oval-shaped jade stone set in a rub-over setting, surrounded by two rows of old rose-cut diamonds in hexagonally shaped setting.
The shoulders of the ring are decorated in what is known as a split shank design.

This is surrounded by a single row of six sapphire stones with smaller diamonds in between and an outer row of smaller diamonds.
