It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting and set in the centre with an old European-cut diamond in a very fine clawed setting.
Unusually, the centre stone is so much larger than the shoulder diamonds.

The central diamond s an amazing three carats and ninety points. The shoulder diamonds are approximately forty points each.

The fancy yellow diamond here in the centre is three carats and twenty-five points.
It set on each side with a single cushion-cut diamond. One of these diamonds is one carat and fifty points, a colour D, a clarity of Vs1, while the other one is one carat and fifty-one points, colour E, clarity Vvs1.
