Beautiful pair of original antique cufflinks made in Italy c1900 to 1920. They are set in fine eighteen-carat yellow gold settings.
Each cufflink is set on the front with a single ruby stone set in a rub-over setting which is surrounded by a single row of brilliant-cut diamonds.
They have a chain link in between each cuff link, and the reverse of the cufflink is decorated in red and white enamel with two very decorative intertwined initials.
