Original Georgian brooch made c1760 to 1780 and very unusually set in a very fine twenty-two-carat yellow gold.
The gold work on it is absolutely exquisite. It is a collection of little cones which are made from individual pieces of twenty-two-carat yellow gold wire work.
It is made in the form of a beautiful heart and it is set with three cabochon-cut moonstones.
I is a very unusual and rare piece because of its age and of course its beautiful original condition.
