Beautiful original late 19^th centuary sapphire and diamond set ring, made in France c1900 it is set in a fine platinum setting with a single rich blue cushion cut sapphire stone in the centre set in an 8 claw setting. This is surrounded by 8 old European cut diamonds in a similer setting with three diamonds graduated in size also being set on each shoulder of the ring. Sapphire weight ~ 1.80ct diamond weight 2.00cts.
