Really unusual aquamarine and diamond set ring made in France c1920 to 1930.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and white gold setting and it is set in the centre with a wonderful cushion cut aquamarine stone set in a fine rub over setting.
It is simply set on each shoulder with small old round-cut diamonds.
It is the shape of this ring that makes it really, and it is as modern today as it was when it was made in the 1930s.
