It is set in a fine eighteen-carat white gold and yellow gold setting and set in the centre with an incredible square cut aquamarine stone set in a rub-over setting. The aquamarine is surrounded by a mixture of sapphires and diamonds in yellow gold and white gold, highlighting the four strands of cultured pearls.
