Really unusual diamond and sapphire set ring, which you can tell from the rectangular shape of it that it is from the Art Deco period, c1920.
It is set in a fine handmade platinum setting, with an old brilliant-cut diamond in the centre set in a rub-over setting, and the diamond weight in the centre is approximately one carat and ten points. There is also a series of extremely long emerald-cut rich blue sapphire stones, and at the very end of the ring, there are small brilliant-cut diamonds on the sides. Finally, there is a single tapered emerald cut diamond and also one on each shoulder.
