Stunning original Art Deco sapphire and diamond set ring made in France c1920 and set in a fine platinum setting with a beautiful natural Ceylon sapphire in the centre, set within four claws.
The sapphire weight is five carats and forty-five points and it is a certified stone. The shoulders of the ring are each decorated with smaller diamonds: one emerald-cut diamond, and five small brilliant-cut diamonds set in a geometric Art Deco style pattern.
