Wonderful necklace made in the Edwardian period in England c1900 to 1910. It is obviously made in the Art Nouveau style because of the organic feel to the necklace itself with all the leaf decoration. It is set in eighteen-carat yellow gold and comes with its original barrel clasp. The highlight of the piece is the decoration itself.nIt is beautifully hand enamelled with many different colours: peach, pink, blue, and green enamelling. In between the enamel decoration we have natural pearls: one at the base and several at the top of the necklace. And finally it is also set with old European-cut diamonds: one in the centre and several on the necklace itself. It is contained in its original box which was retailed in London.
