Diamond ring made in England circa 1910-1915. Set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting, with a single transitional-cut diamond as its centre piece, set in a Milgrain.
This is surrounded by a single row of slightly smaller transitional-cut diamonds in a beautiful cluster style setting.
