Beautiful emerald and diamond set earrings made in the Edwardian period in England c1910 to 1915.
They are set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum handmade setting.
Each earring is set with a large single emerald-cut Colombian emerald in a milgrain setting. The emerald is a "minor oil", a natural stone with negligeable treatment.
It is surrounded by a single row of transitional-cut diamonds in a milgrain setting with a small row of diamonds above and a larger diamond at the very top.
They are simply the best of the best.
