Wonderful original vintage sapphire and diamond cluster ring made c1970 to 1980. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting with an amazing cushion-cut natural sapphire stone set in the centre within a twelve clawed setting.

It is a Madagascar sapphire with the colour quality of a Ceylon sapphire.

It weighs twelve carats and seventeen points.
It is surrounded by a single row of brilliant-cut diamonds in a wonderful cluster style setting.
The diamond weight in this ring is two carats and forty points.
