Stunning pair of original antique diamond and pearl set earrings made in France c1910 and set in a fine eighteen-carat white gold settings.
The tops of the earrings are set with large solitaire diamonds which can be detached from the pearls for daytime wear; putting the cultured baroque pearl drops at the base makes them more suited for nighttime wear ; they are known as day and night earrings.
The drop is set with three slightly smaller old brilliant-cut diamonds, with diamonds set into the setting that holds the pearl.
The diamonds at the top are one carat thirty-three points and one carat thirty-one points.
