It is set in a fine 18ct yellow gold and platinum setting with a single transitional cut diamond in the centre set in a Milgrain setting. Diamond weight 65 points (approx) colour G, clarity Vs1. This is surrounded by a single row of 12 Burmese rubies in a similar Milgrain setting. This ring comes with its original receipt from the shop it was purchased in on the 1st of July 1919 at which time is cost 21 pound.
