Beautiful original Edwardian period diamond set ring made in England c1905 to 1910, in the Edwardian period. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting and it is known as a gypsy-style diamond set ring. It is very rounded in shape and looks a bit like a wedding band, but it has a diamond inset into the centre of the ring in a very, very fine rub-over setting.
The diamond weight is approximately twenty points.
