Edwardian period sapphire and diamond set double drop pendant necklace, made c1910. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting. It is set with a single blue sapphire in a 4 claw setting which is enhanced by old cut diamonds in a Milgrain setting.
