Late Victorian cluster ring in the shape of a star, with a single rose-cut diamond in a Milgrain setting at its centre, surrounded by a constellation of smaller rose-cut diamonds in a single row, forming an eight-branch start pattern. It was made c1880, and is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and silver-fronted setting.
