This really unusual emerald and diamond ring was made in England c1920, so it is from the Art Deco period. It set in a fine handmade platinum setting with an emerald-cut Colombian emerald at the top, set in a milgrain setting and a large old round-cut diamond set below. This is surrounded by a single row of smaller diamonds in this wonderful shape that is known as a plaque ring.
