Exceptionally pretty original Edwardian period sapphire and diamond set ring made c1915. It is set in the finest handmade platinum setting, with a wonderful rich blue cushion-cut sapphire stone in the centre, set in a milgrain setting.
It is surrounded by a single row of old brilliant cut diamonds on the top and bottom of the sapphire, with the shoulders of the ring being decorated with emerald cut diamonds.
