This beautiful original antique ruby and diamond set ring is from Delphi Antiques in Dublin.
It was made in England between 1900 and 1910 and is from the Edwardian period.
It is set in a fine eighteen carats rose coloured gold and platinum setting with a single oval shaped natural ruby in the centre set in a fine eight clawed setting.
This is surrounded by eight old brilliant-cut diamonds all in a cluster style setting.
It is also set on each shoulder with three small old brilliant-cut diamonds which are a nice finishing touch to such an exquisite ring.
