Exquisite original Edwardian period single stone diamond set solitaire ring, made in France c1915. It is set in the finest quality platinum setting with a single transitional cut diamond in the centre set in an hexagonal shaped setting.
Diamond weight 1.10 ct. Colour G, Clarity VS1.
The shoulders of the ring is also set with smaller round cut diamonds with the gallery of the ring being beautifully pierced and the shank of the ring being hand engraved which is a feature of a ring made at this period.
