Exquisite original Edwardian period single stone diamond set solitaire ring, made in England c1915. It is set in the finest quality platinum setting with a single transitional cut diamond in the centre set in a 4 claw setting. Diamond weight 2 carats, colour I, clarity Vs2. Each shoulder is set with a single pear shaped diamond set in a Milgrain setting and 3 small old brilliant-cut diamonds graduated in size in what has to be one of the prettiest and fine quality Edwardian settings.
