Really unusual diamond set ring.
It is quite an early ring because it was made in England c1840 to 1850.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and silver fronted setting and it is set with rose cut diamonds in a very unusual pattern.
There are three rose cut diamonds in the centre, and a split shank design on the sides, with diamonds coming up from the split shank.
