The nicest of serpent rings, made in France c1880 to 1900. It is set in a beautiful fine woven eighteen-carat rich yellow gold setting. The serpent (snake) itself is set with two Colombian emeralds for eyes, with an amazing pear shaped old European-cut diamond in the head of the serpent itself.
The diamond weight is just under one carat.
