Beautiful and unusual gold bracelet made in France c1880 to 1900. It is set in a very fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and it consists of these wonderful panels which are in set with eighteen-carat gold wire work.
This sort of decoration was typically done in France in between the 1880s and 1900s and they vary from the typical English varieties which are usually curb-link or gate-link bracelets.
The clasp is hidden at the back.
