It is set in a very fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting set in the centre with a wonderful rich blue round-cut sapphire set within four claws. It is surrounded by 4 old round-cut diamonds and then a circle of smaller round-cut diamonds, in a Milgrain setting, all within a beautiful trellis pattern in a round setting.
