It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting.
It is set in the centre with a wonderful old brilliant cut diamond set in a Milgrain setting and this is surrounded by smaller old round cut diamonds in a beautiful pierced and scalloped edge oval shaped setting.
It also comes with its original chain and catch at the back.
