Superb original antique emerald and diamond set ring made in France c1910-1915 and set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting.
It is set in the centre with a beautiful emerald-cut Colombian emerald set in a milgrain setting.
It is an emerald of "minor oil", meaning that oil treatment has been kept to the strict minimum: they are sometimes referred to as untreated.
It is three carats in weight and it has a natural certified stone.
It is surrounded by two rows of small old round-cut diamonds in a rectangular panel-shape setting and the shoulders of the ring are set with three old round-cut diamonds.
