Really unusual broach made C1880 in England represents either a banjo or a mandolin.
It is set in eighteen-carat yellow gold with the centre of the instrument being inset with mother of pearl.
The strings are in gold and the pegs of the instrument are beautifully crafted in eighteen-carat yellow gold.
