Exceptional original single stone diamond set solitaire ring made in England c1900 to 1910, in the Edwardian period.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting with an old brilliant-cut diamond in the centre set within twelve claws.
The diamond weight is one carat and forty-nine points.
The shoulders are also set with two small diamonds each in the Edwardian manner.
