Exceptional original Edwardian period single stone diamond set solitaire ring made in England c1910 and set in the finest eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting, set in the centre with a transitional cut diamond set within eight claws.

The diamond weight is exactly 1 carat.
It is a colour F and a clarity VS2 and it is beautifully set on each shoulder with three smaller diamonds in the Edwardian manner.
