Really beautiful original late Victorian period pin made in England c1880 to 1890. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting, and is made to represent a horseshoe.
The horseshoe at the top is set with sapphires and diamonds representing the nails in the horseshoe.
It is a wonderful heavy piece.

It is about twelve grammes of eighteen-carat gold and a beautifully handmade piece.
