Beautiful early 19th century sapphire and diamond set cluster ring made in England c1820 and is set in a fine eighteen-carat rose gold and silver fronted setting.
It is set in the centre with a natural cushion-cut sapphire stone which is surrounded by a single row of old European-cut diamonds, all in a beautiful cluster style setting.
