Beautiful late Victorian ruby and diamond cluster diamond ring, in fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platium, with a single cushion-cut Burma ruby at the centre within ten claws, surrounded by ten transitional-cut diamonds in a clawed setting.
It is beautifully hand-made.
