Really unusual original Art Deco sapphire and diamond set ring. It was made in the 1920s and is set in a fine handmade platinum setting with an oval rich blue sapphire stone in the centre set within four claws.
The sapphire in the centre is approximately one carat and thirty points. The shoulders of the ring have incredible detail to them and are set with a mixture of emerald-cut diamonds and small old round-cut diamonds in an Art Deco geometric style pattern.
