Really unusual original Art Deco diamond set ring made in England c1920.
It is set in a really fine handmade platinum setting with an old brilliant-cut diamond in the centre, set within four claws.
The top and bottom are set with a single slightly smaller old brilliant-cut diamonds. Very unusually four emerald-cut diamonds break up the pattern.
There are three smaller brilliant-cut diamonds and a single emerald-cut diamond on the shoulders.
The design has some elements of a snow-flake ring, and others of a ballerina ring, but is unique in its own right.
