Superb original antique petite brooch or pin made in the Georgian period c1780 to 1800. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting, silver fronted, set with old rose-cut diamonds in a floral design. In between the three flowers it is decorated with blue enamel with an outer row of white enamel, and on the perimeter of the brooch it is set with a single row of natural pearls.
