It was made in England C1900 and us from the late Victorian period.
It is set in a fine eighteen carats yellow gold and platinum setting with a single round cut rich blue sapphire stone in the centre set in a ten claw setting.
This is surrounded by ten old European cut diamonds set in a similar clawed setting.
