Really unusual original antique sapphire and diamond set ring set in a fine handmade platinum and eighteen-carat yellow gold setting. It is set in the centre with a beautiful oval-shaped sapphire stone set within ten claws and surrounded by a single row of old round-cut diamonds, all in an oval cluster style setting. The shoulders of the ring are absolutely superb. Each shoulder is set with a mixture of square French-cut sapphires and smaller old round-cut diamonds. It is a really unbeautiful and incredibly crafted piece.
