Unusual original antique Irish sapphire, emerald, ruby, and diamond set ring made c1900. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting and depicts a wonderful Irish shamrock. It is set with a Colombian emerald, a sapphire, and a ruby in the Shamrock, and in the centre and the stem, an old round-cut diamond. The shoulders are further decorated with smaller diamonds.
