Exceptionally pretty original Edwardian period single-stone diamond set solitaire ring made in England c1910-15, set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting.
It is set in the centre with an old brilliant-cut diamond set within eight claws.

The diamond weight is one carat and sixteen points.
It is a colour D and a clarity Vs2.
The shoulders are inset with small diamonds in the Edwardian manner.
