It is set in a fine handmade platinum setting with a beautiful emerald-cut rich ruby stone as a centrepiece set within eight claws.
This is surrounded by a single row of small all round-cut diamonds and an outer row of small square French-cut ruby stones all in a beautiful octagonal shape setting.
