Beautiful ring made in England c1910-15, set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting, with a transitional-cut diamond in the centre, set within a milgrain setting.
It is surrounded by a row of square French-cut sapphires stones, and an outer row of smaller old-round-cut diamonds.
All of it in a beautiful target setting which also keeps some features from a cluster ring.
