Stunning original antique diamond and ruby set ring known as a target ring because of the shape.
It was made in France c1910 to 1915 and it is set in a fine handmade platinum and eighteen-carat yellow gold setting.
It is set in the centre with an old transitional-cut diamond which weighs one carat and ninety points and this is surrounded by a single row of square french-cut Burma rubies.
The shoulders of the ring are decorated in what is known as a split shank design.
