Beautiful original antique sapphire and diamonds made in the Edwardian period in England c1910-1915.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow golden platinum setting with a single old round-cut diamond in the centre set in a rub-over setting.
This is surrounded by a single row of six sapphire stones with smaller diamonds in between and an outer row of smaller diamonds.
All in a cluster style setting. The shoulders of the ring are further decorated in what is known as a split shank design.
