This absolutely stunning original vintage ring is set in a fine eighteen-carat white gold setting and it is set very unusually with a cabochon-cut star sapphire in the centre set within twelve claws.
This is surrounded by a single row of brilliant cut diamonds in a similar clawed oval shaped setting.
It is really unusual and rare to find nowadays these star sapphire stones.
