Wonderful vintage ring made in Italy circa 1950 to 1960.
It is set in fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and it is made in the form of a serpent.
The serpent has its mouth opened and is holding an old round cut diamond, but it is the detailing to the scaling of the snake that’s really, really lovely.
It is beautifully crafted and the movement of the snake is beautiful.
