Very unusual pair of diamond and sapphire set earrings made c1920 in England. Each earring is set in a fine eighteen-carat white gold setting with the principal brilliant cut diamond at the base set within eight clause.

The diamond weight here is two carats and forty points, and it is set above with a single round-cut rich blue sapphire stone in a similar clawed setting.
The sapphire weight in total is one carat and sixty points, the diamond weight is one carat.
