Beautiful original antique diamond and black enamel ring: one of the oldest rings we have in Delphi Antiques. It was made in the Georgian period, c1815.
It is set in a very fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting with beautiful engraving on each shoulder of the ring. It is decorated with black enamel, so it may have been a morning ring. It is set in the centre with an old European-cut diamond set within six claws.
